I had already planned on pork chops today but what to go with them? Crash Hots look good! (http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/print-recipe/29251/#sizeFP) We also had 2 heads of cauliflower in the fridge so roasted-cauliflower-with-garlic-olive-oil-and-lemon-juice/ (http://www.recipegirl.com/2008/10/30/oven-roasted-cauliflower-with-garlic-olive-oil-and-lemon-juice/) it is.
Chops where seasoned with Pate spice on my wifes, mine had Penzey's Cajun Style Seasoning and my son's was seasoned with Penzey's BBQ3000 .
The cauliflower and Crash Hots were topped with Parmesan cheese. Next time I am using 2 grills. one for the meat and the other for the veggies.
