So I joined the forum not even a month ago, have not even been able to cook over here. I tell SWMBO last night about fatties , MOINKs, ABT's, and how my old BBQ was sucky and why. I showed her the pics of the two smokers side by side with white and blue smoke. Anyhow she says she is gonna make a fattie, and asks me what goes in it? I tell her that there is nothing that you can think of that has not been done already. I mean ANYTHING, and it has been done already. So, I go to bed. Right now, I am Skyping her and she shows me this fattie she made!

So here's the ingredient list. She took the sausage, and kneaded a little taco seasoning in it. rolled out and topped with black beans, rice, roasted poblano peppers, mozarella cheese. One thing that I am kinda unsure about is she took more of the taco seasoning and rubbed the outside with it instead of a typical rub. She held the laptop up to it so I could see the finished product and it looked damn tasty! She tasted it and says man that sure is dangerous!
Now I have to wait till I get home so I can taste it! Hopefully it keeps in the freezer, but that is still no excuse to not make more while I am home!!
