Some other owner measured it with at tool for a hunting bow, and it was around 60lbs for the initial force for the first few inches. I'm 40 and can lift it pretty easily with 2 hands, my wife has to throw some umpfff into it when she tries, but not an issue for her. I can do it one handed too, but that takes some thought and technique.
