I bought this KUDU last year when they were on sale. I finally got a chance to use it to cook up some wings, two ways.

Cooked up a batch of Oak Ridge HDD wings and PS Seasoning Nashville Hot.

Here's the Nashville version after a soak in olive oil and rub.

Finally done.

Both flavors were very good. The HDD ones had excellent flavor and not too hot but I did go easy on the rub.

The Nashville version was very flavorful as well. I had some Nashville Hot sauce to go on them but they didn't need it.

I will be doing these again.

As far as the KUDU goes, I am going to like this thing. The old kettle has some competition now.

I like the look of that critter but I'd be "safer" getting something like a Gabby's Grill Santa Maria adapter for my existing Weber.

I think it'd be easier to get past the validation checks. "no, it's NOT a new cooker - it's an 'accessory'" I will practice it a few times... it could work.
