Wings in the Basket...Round Two

I love wings but have never tried (and don't even own) a rotisserie basket... but I bet I will soon!

Those wings look great. I am doing some tomorrow but, in the deep fryer. I have a rotissary I have never used. I am curious, did you buy or rig the basket? Thanks!

I had to parrot your post. Those do look great. I am a deep fry guy as well, but damn, would those coat really well with some buffalo hot sauce. I feel like i need to try this method with a rub without heat, and toss in my go to sauce.
