So I am sitting here at work, my wife sends me a text "Check your email" ... so I check my email. This is what it says:

"Since you are getting a new pit and you still want a separate one for chicken and one that I can use, I want this one!"

Hehehe - she loves cooking outdoors, loves stir fry, and keeping it simple. She loves that BBQ means vacuum seal left overs. And that when I BBQ its low mess. I dirty very little dishes and the ones that I do I wash as I go.

Her rule - BBQ away but when you do I must do veggies with it. Some reason she also loves my apple smoked bacon wrapped asparagus.

When I pick the Weber up she wants to slow smoke some Asian style Ribs. (She is Filippina) and man she can cook!
