Went from a Pitmaker vault to a $130.00 Nexgrill offset.

Well, I moved from foreign (work) back to the states. I had to give up my vault. I cant decide on build or buy for my next q. So I just bought that cheap Nexgrill. 2 hours in a couple small 6lb butts. Oh my god this thing takes some serious attention. I went 25 minutes once but every other stint has been about 15 to 20 minutes. I'm so far swapping between some cut in half splits, charcoal base to start and some hickory chunks. My bad smoke times are about 10 minutes but I think o can get that down to 3 to 5 pretty quick. It's going to be a long day but it's great to just be smoking again! I'll figure out where to post photo's again to link the big mess!
