Venison brat hash

There is a tube steak and sausage fest throwdown going on.

I usually don’t do throwdowns on the gasser but it’s near 100, so…Weber Genesis it is.

I have some venison brats I need to get cookin.
First the brats and corn



Then get the diced potatoes going.



Add the veggies for a while



The brats back in to the party





And this is venison hash



With a cheesy garlic biscuit and some hot mustard.
