I was surprised at how quickly these 3 racks got eaten up! 1/2 rack went to my in-laws and they've now requested that they supply me with ribs and I make it for them! LOL
My 5 y.o. daughter who isn't a fan of BBQ or spicy ate 3 bones as well off the last rack!
