So I've seen several mentions of using those frozen taquitos in a MSU enchilada casserole. I'm intrigued by frozen Mexican Food. Although I'm pretty sure the only thing in common is the name. Dad loved TV Dinner Mexican Food. Looking back we may have set a trend eating Mexican food with white bread instead of tortillas. The only time I ever remember eating flour tortillas was when mom would make these cream cheese and ham roll ups, pinwheels when they were sliced. I grew up in an MSU World.
