Sweet onions, bell, and celery in the black iron. Then I added the crab meat and cream cheese and melted and placed in tort shells and topped with fresh Parmesan cheese with the micro grader and browned in the oven. I sou vide some port steaks at 139 for 6 hours and threw them on the flat top to crustify. And, stuffed bell pepper slices with crab meat. Grilled veggies on the weber.
