My wife and I just got from Vegas for a week for our anniversary, and she said she wants brisket and I wanted ribs. I couldn’t say no to that so here we go.
Brisket goes on first ribs will happen later.

Brisket is at 192, it don’t probe tender just yet still a little resistance, gonna let it ride till 200 and check again
 
Here is my brisky, wow I am impressed wife loves it too. So that right there is a win. Only used 1:1 kosher salt and course ground pepper
