Stuffed, Rolled, Tied and Spun

Stuffed Flank Steak over live fire on the rotisserie.

Butterflied a flank steak.

and stuffed it with feta cheese, cranberries, spinach, pineapple sage, and mint (spinach and herbs were fresh from our garden).

Rolled it all up into a neat little package, seasoned well with Q-Salt and spun it over a live fire for 1.5 hours

Rested, sliced and served

Actually craisins, so they are sweet.
Fire ring is big enough that it contains most of the mess, plus I can rake the stones
