Stuffed Flank Steak over live fire on the rotisserie.

Butterflied a flank steak.

and stuffed it with feta cheese, cranberries, spinach, pineapple sage, and mint (spinach and herbs were fresh from our garden).

Rolled it all up into a neat little package, seasoned well with Q-Salt and spun it over a live fire for 1.5 hours

That looks and sounds really good, not sure on the cranberry, as I never eaten fresh .are they sweet?
How do you keep the stones around your fire pit so clean?

Actually craisins, so they are sweet.
Fire ring is big enough that it contains most of the mess, plus I can rake the stones :)
