Started out with your basic pork loin. Butterflied the loin and put it in a marinade consisting of Worchestershire, apple juice, allegro and some dales. I let it sit over night

Made some cornbread stuffing and saluted some onions. Rubbed the loin down with dome Simply Marvelous spicy apple rub.

Threw it on the UDS at 300

After 2 hours pulled the loin at 145 IT. Let it rest then devoured.

While the loin was smoking I broke out the dutch oven. I found a recipe for a Blueberry Cream Cheese Cobbler.
Here are the players.

I appoligize because the pics stopped there.
You take the cake mix and add 12oz of ginger ale.
Melt the cream cheese, 1.5 sticks of butter, 1 Tbsp of vanilla, 1/4 cup of milk. Mix all those together and put on top of cake mix.
Add blueberries.
Add sugar cookie mix.
Add 1/2 can of blueberry pie filling.
Have mercy, this was great.

That pork loin looks really good Great color I really like that cobbler

Thanks. The cobbler was really good. The only set back was after I added the ginger ale it got runny on me. I might leave that out next time.
