2 twenty ounce ribeye.. KS & CBP + Carne Crosta. Nicely marbled but smallish caps. Wasn't feeling like making sides so went to Sam's and obtained a green salad of some sort. Shiner Blonde because that's what was an easy grab. Looked for The Members Mark Green Chile seasoning, nothing on shelves, but going almost X3$ on Ebay and Amazon. Farkers.
Primo Oval XL gets the steak cook.
