I had a hankerin' for some rotisserie chicken so I stopped by the store and picked up some chicken quarters. I dry brined them overnight in Albukirky green chile seasoning and spun them on the rotisserie the following day. Jealous Devil briquettes with a chunk of cherry for smoke. After 45 minutes of rolling around in their own fat they were ready to eat. Hit the spot :thumb:
