Those look mighty tasty, Sako. There's a WF just a few miles up the road in Porter Ranch, so I just may have to check them out. Did they also have back ribs, too?

Sako that is one great looking rib basket. The best beef short ribs I ever made were from Wholefoods, I saw them in the case all cut up and I asked the butcher if they had whole plates, he brought out a cryo pack of two 123A prime whole plate ribs and only charged me $5.99 a pound. Never seen them since.
