In honor of my sister coming down to visit.
First I made some turds using some of the brisket I ground a couple weeks ago with "Head Country" for seasoning.

And found the last of my cheap wings.

Rubbed up with "SM Season All" and "Williams Cajun"

Wings are done

Also did a stuffed turkey in that white box in the kitchen the way my mother used to.

I make the mini meat loafs in my corn bread cast iron which gives them a distinctive shape and add the corn which always shows up the next day.
Just having a little fun.
