A big shout out to Jeff at Assassin Smokers. I was able to pick up the new cooker yesterday. While I was there, Jeff let me take some pictures of the charcoal chute they were working on and explained to me where they use stainless steel instead of carbon. It was an amazing experience. I spent all day dethatching my yard and putting together the wife’s garden beds and filling those with dirt. Seemed like a perfect time to fire it up and season it up. After a long days work, wife wanted burgers and homemade garlic parmesan fries. So I fired up the fryer and threw some burgers on the smoker since it was already going. So far, I think it’s going to be a great addition.
