Ribs on the offset, smoothest cook ever

Finally have some decent weather so this 'lockdown' isn't that bad. Misses made a big batch of chili while I was smoking some babybacks. The stickburner ran very smoothly, kept it around 250F with ease. Smoothest cook ever, I'm no longer using a grate in the fire box which makes it much easier to keep a coal bed. And I enjoyed some nice beverages. 1st slab was done in a little over 3 hours, the other needed 20mins more.

Thanks Joe. It´s a very nice stout with hints of dark chocolat, vanilla and coffee. Only 5% ABV but plenty of taste.

Thanks and yes it´s the Weber fire pit, an old one with wooden handles. Picked this up earlier this year, it was hardly used.
