Hey guys and gals, I'm looking at the LSG 30" Offset Cabinet unit and have a question: For those of you who have either that one or the LSG Vertical Offset, is it possible to use the bottom rack for drip pans to make clean up easier, or will it disrupt air/heat/smoke flow by blocking off the bottom rack with pan(s)? Wondering whether it would act as a secondary diffuser above the tuning plates and cause problems?
