Picked up a 7.5lbs pork butt the other day. Injected it with a mixture of apple juice, salt and some Simply Marvelous Cherry.
Rubbed it with salt and pepper and then a light dusting of some Simply Marvelous Cherry.
Smoked it on my Jumbo Joe over Royal Oak and a mix of pecan and cherry chunks.
Ready to Wrap.
Ready to Pull.
