If you’re frugal (like me) and always wanted Praise The Lard by Mills (like me)
Check the reviews and used Amazon prices. Many used copies $10 with shipping. I just ordered Rob Walsh Tex-Mex, And contemplating Rob Walsh-Chili.

I don't know if you have a store called Ollie's in your area but if you do check it out. They carry overstock and discontinued merchandise. I bought Praise The Lard for 5 dollars. I buy a lot of groceries there like oil for the griddle, sea salt, whole pepper corns. Items come and go so I check it out anytime I am near one.

I’m thinking that’s a good call. Reviews show it’s mostly a recipe book. I prefer mostly historical. I went ahead and ordered the Rob Walsh Chili book. $7 including shipping.
