Pork injection???

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve cooked a competition but I’m feeling the itch to get back into it.

What’s the latest trend on pork injections these days? I typically used butchers or kosmos, has something new come out that deserves a look?

There are some new ones but the old ones work as well. Just depends on the flavor profile you're going for.

Cherry Coke is my fav though I'll confess I have never done a side-by-side experiment.

I like the Big Poppa Pork Prod a little better than Kosmo's Pork injection. My old stand by is 60% smoked pork broth and 40% Coca-Cola and I add phosphates.

I like Heath Rile's pork injection because I can inject the crap out of the butt and it doesn't taste like injection.
