I did a bunch of ribs and chicken quarters yesterday in the offset but wanted to also use the vertical warning chamber while it going so I cured a couple of boneless pork butts and then smoked at like 200* until they hit 160* internal.
The result was over 10# of delicious ham for sandwiches! Highly recommend it... So easy and delicious!
