There is a lot of estimation to the video. In fact, the only way you know if you have enough fat in the dumplins is of it looks just like it did in the video.

Add milk until you get a dough consistency - not sure how you need a measurement for that.

Everything else is just thrown in. I always get tickled at this... if I can cook without measuring **** why can't others.

What in the fark is there to measure in a recipe like this? You are not alone Dadsr4... I got the same attitude when I asked my grandmother for the recipe back in 76....
