I don't know why I didn't see this thread earlier, but I have a few questions.
Have you used this w/ the Cajun Bandit extender? Were there any problems? What about temp differences between the grate levels?
Do you use this with the vents closed?
What's the longest cook that you've used this for?
What is the advantage of using this over a draft controller?
