I've had Pellet Cooker a number of years now. GMG David Crockett (History will tell you he never went by Davey -Hollywood did that) and currently Pit Boss Austin XL. Pellet Cookers to me are one of those things that make life easier. I can cook great food without an extension cord, I think of all my cookers past and present the best taste IMHO comes from a drum. However, I enjoy the push button capabilities, it can broil, smoke and bake ---and if you read your instructions Manual, yes read the instructions, they produce great food and boring YouTube.
