That's my favorite part of cooking on the pbc - clean the hooks and you're done. <lazy mod> :becky:

I dump the ashes after every cook. I've vacuumed out a cople times too. Not sure if its needed.

I love it. Didnt even have to wrap them plus they came out relatively quicker and very moist. How ill be doing them from now on especially for a big party.
 
That's a great looking barrell smoker. The spares look killer. Your outdoor range/stove top/stone work is a thing of beauty. Thanks for sharing.
