I've been looking to break out of a rut of the same old cooks and do something completely out of my wheelhouse. This cook will do:

A boneless leg of lamb, cut into strips, marinated in McCormick's Brazilian Steak House marinade to bold it up, cooked on my Weber Roti single side heat with a couple of mesquite chunks to add to the bold.

It's done and resting. The plan is to slice the meat, warm up some naan, and make naan tacos with tzatziki, lettuce and tomatoes. A definite mashup. :-D

Great idea! Wish my girl liked lamb, I would have it a couple times a year instead of never. Dang.

Maybe I'll cook some and just throw on some chicken breast for her. That looks fantastic.
