New Year's Day Tacos!

Happy new year brethren!! Hopefully everyone had a good start to the new year. New Year's eve was pretty involved so I wanted something easy and good. Can't get better than tacos.

Wanted to use my PBJ but I walked outside and immediately said no way. :grin:

This is what I went with instead

Trimmed and cut up a pork butt and whatever else I found in the pantry at the cabin

Browned up the pork butt chunks first

Let the pressure cooker do its thing

Warmed up some flour and corn tortillas

About 45 mins later

Meat shredded with no effort

Little bit of cheese then the meat

Dressed with salsas, cilantro, onions and served with home pickled onions, radish and lime :clap2:

Disappeared pretty fast. Thanks for looking!
