Hey everyone. I've been reading this forum for info for years but just now became a member. This is the place that led my research into getting my fisrt "real" smoker. Which btw was delivered last week after 3 full years of research and saving my pennies. But anyway, I got a Humphrey's pint, customised to my liking, thanks to all the glowing reviews and past threads I found mostly on this site. So thanks to all for that! So far I have smoked 2 baby backs, 6 flank ribs, 2 chicken breasts and a load of wingers. So flippin happy with this new rig it holds temp like a champ. Especially compared to what I was running before. So now I'm officialy a member and looking forward to continue learning from you all.
