My lady love got some thick pork chops at the store a few days ago. This morning, I put them in some Oakridge Game Changer brine for a little more than two hours, since I got up late. Right beforechurch, I fired up the Pitboss 820 and put some Oakridge Secret weapon on them. Got home, fried some potatoes and wife made a cheese sauce for broccoli (first time we have ever used a cheese sauce and not plain cheese) and gobbled up. Chops to 145 and then rested while we finished cooking. Thanks for peeking!

I forgot to get the off-the-cooker shot. My son wouldnt let me be the only one who had a plate picture though so you can see his broccoli cheese preference--we almost always roast it in the oven and he likes it pretty well.
