Mrs. Wookie wanted Hot Wings for Mama's Day, so hot wings on the Big Easy it was. I decided to try that bacon sushi I've been hearing about and get the Weber in on the fun.

Got some thick cut apple wood bacon, some Vermont maple syrup sausages, some string cheese (Motz), and some 80/20 ground beef and went for it.

Smoked it with some apple wood for about an hour at ~275, painted with BBQ sauce and let it set for the last 15 min or so.

Turned out pretty good, but in the end it's just kind of a big moink ball...

Most of the pics are the sushi since we've all seen wings about a bazillion times.

VR,
Harold
