Way back 4+ decades ago my one and only cooker was a Kmart Hibachi - they'd go on sale for 8$ and I'd toss it after a year or two and buy another. Some of the best burgers and lemon pepper porterhouse steaks came off that little Kingsford Blue Bag Gulf Light lit little grill.
I'm going to walk down Memory Lane and grill us a Lemon Pepper Porterhouse steak. Feel free to turn up Steely Dan, The Doobies, Gerry Rafferty, Ten Years After and grill along.
