Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day Weekend. I am so grateful to those who pair the ultimate price so we can enjoy our freedom in this great country. I did some smoking and grilling for the family.
Sunday, no pics unfortunately, I made lobster, sausage and pineapple kabobs. Living in FL we always have a freezer full of lobster tails. All cut into chunks and gets tossed in a mix of 50/50 Dijon Mustard and Brown Sugar, with some curry powder and tobasco, then grilled. The sauce carmelized on the meat and pineapple and tastes amazing.
Monday:
Brisket Flat
3 racks of ribs
A bunch of sausages
2 pork tenderloins
I tried to run the ribs naked at 250* the whole time, and they were good, but I think I prefer the 3-2-1 method. Regardless it was enjoyed by all.
