Our New March SPECIAL Throwdown Category is...
"Noodles from Around the World!"
This was Rick's Tropical Delight's entry in the 2009 "BBQ Spaghetti" Throwdown
CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:
1. Cook a dish with noodles from any region of the world you like! Chinese, Italian, Thai, there are many possibilities. The noodles may or may not be grilled or smoked, but must contain ingredients that are grilled or smoked. Finishing the dish on a wok also counts.
2. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this Throwdown only!
3. This is an open category, meaning you can cook whatever you like as long as it conforms to Standard Throwdown Rules.
You may submit entries that are cooked from 3/1 through 3/27.
Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday, 3/27.
