Made a small tri trip Sat. Used the leftovers plus provolone, onions, shrooms and bell peppers to make a quick sandwich. Turned out something like this:
Served, as usual, on our finest Okie China. Add a cold beer.
I noticed that too. It's a combo of "unbalanced" loading of the sandwich and my poor photo skills. It was more balanced than it appeared, but I've been known to go heavy on the onions too.
