What to make for dinner this evening? We haven't had Chicken Wings in quite some time so Kettle Fried Chicken Wings and Fries on the Blackstone are on the menu. Quick and easy.
Dry brine the wings early in the morning, leave them uncovered in the fridge to dry the skin. Then into the usual mixture of flour, baking powder, salt and Yardbird. Let 'em sit for a while and out onto the Weber they go -
Spray 'em with a bit of EVOO, flip and rotate front to back after 20 minutes -
About ready to come off the grill after 50 minutes or so -
In the meantime, some thinly cut homemade fries are on the Blackstone -
We are ready to eat! No Buffalo Wings today, just enjoying the crispy crunch of wings fried on the Weber Kettle -
Served with some riced Cauliflower -
It always amazes me how crispy these get on a grill.
Thanks for checking in on a midweek dinner!
