I went freezer diving and came up with some cheddar bratwurst I made from spare rib trimmings last fall. The kids wanted hotdogs but I needed something more grown up. I caramelized sliced onion in butter on the stove and topped the brat with them and mustard. Forgot how good just brats can be. :thumb:
