Just bought New Braunfels Bandera, newbie questions

Hello all,

I've been smoking a few years, with a Char-Broil COS. I decided to step my game up and bought a New Braunfels Bandera from a buddy.

Tomorrow I am going to do a 6ish lbs shoulder and about 5 baby back ribs, I anticipate the total smoke time to be about 10 hours at 225ish.

I am going to use charcoal briquets (kingsford) and am wondering about hom much I should expect to use. I'm thinking at least 2 bags. Can anyone offer me any guidance?
