Jack Daniels whiskey barrel smoker help

Hey guys, I am building a couple smokers out of JD whiskey barrels. They are very similar to a 22.5 smokey mtn cooker. I have them just about complete but i am having trouble coming up with a charcoal tray, water tray and ash tray. I have about 10" to work with at the bottom of the barrel. Anyone have any good ideas? I need to keep them on the cheep.

Pizza pan, charcoal grate, expanded metal and a pie pan just like all the other UDS except you need more than 10 inches most likely
