ITT: BBQ Restaurant Trailer set up pics....

Hey All,

I'm interested in starting a BBQ trailer and was wanting to see some set up pics of other brethren's ventures. I'm just starting to explore the idea but my initial thought is something along the lines of a 30 ft. w/porch. I would be using an offset smoker on the porch. I'm interested in getting as much real experience info as possible. Looking for pics of your set up and what you have found works for you and what you wish you had done different.

Try postings in the vending section of the forum. Might have better luck there
