If you are a BBQ judge and would like to participate at our "Go Hog Wild" Arkansas state championship, please hit me back with a message, or email gohogwidbbq@yahoo.com It will be in Sheridan, AR on October 4th & 5th. Sheridan is about 35 miles due south of Little Rock.
I know gas is high, but if you live in or near the Little Rock area, and would like to judge, we would love to have you. It's an IBCA contest which doesn't require certified judges, but if you have certs, the cookers surely appreciate all the experienced judges we can round up.
