Injecting for Double Header

I have a double header coming up over Labor Day weekend in Bedford, TX. IBCA on Friday/Saturday and KCBS on Saturday/Sunday. I've never done a double before, and I was just curious if those that have inject both briskets at the same time or wait to inject the brisket for the second comp. I guess part of that would come down to if the meat inspection was done at the same time since there are two sanctioning bodies on different days. Thanks for any input.

KCBS meat inspection will not be prior to the day before turn in.

^^^^ Yep! At KCBS doubles they do meat inspection twice.
