Man oh man. There is a costco business center in Hackensack NJ. It's a 2hr drive, but it'd be worth it just for the whole pig. I've never done one of those, and it's hard to find a little one like that.

We have one a few miles from work. Great place.

The muffins are also individually wrapped there!

you should see the one by my house, it is a business center and regular costco, combined (biggest costco in the world). My friends and I call it meat church, its the only place we get our bbq meats:

Its incredibly massive. We avoid it and to to other costco's unless we need bbq meat. Parking is a disaster with that many people there.
