Holding 9 racks of ribs

Hey there everyone. Looking for thoughts on holding 9 racks of ribs for an NFL Championship Sunday party.

I'm also going to be doing 2 briskets, and will wrap those and get them into a cooler to do a long rest, so I'm not worried about those guys.

Here's my plan for the ribs...after pulling the briskets, get the 9 racks stuffed into my WSM 22 and let them go for about 2.5 hours at about 275*. Then wrap them quickly and stack them back in there for about another 45min to an hour, then unwrap them and get them back on to tighten up and tack up the glaze. Then I'd get them into the same cooler as the briskets to transport to the party, which is only about 15 minutes from my house. I'm thinking they should stay relatively warm. I'm bringing several hotel pans and could put them in there upon arrival to stay in a warm oven also until serving time.

Does that sound like a solid plan?
