Hey Farkers!...It's Friday...What's Smokin' This Weekend?

Tomorrow is a mess for me but I am going to do my first Turkey in the UDS on Sunday ....may throw on some ribs to go with it.

One very large rack of spares. Lots of meat on this one, will try to get an after pic, they're 2 hours in @ 250 right now. I trimmed to SLS + large xtra parts!
