I picked up a package of "Pork Sirloin Tip Roasts" from Costco this week. There are 4 in the overall package and the entire package is 10#. Is anyone failure with this cut? What would you do with it? Tips? Ideas?

It's lean, so I'd treat it as a pork loin and take no more than 135 deg.

Thanks. I was hoping to pull off pulled pork with them...but..that was before I saw the "98% Fat Free" part.
