First of all a happy new year !!
May many smoke and grill sessions be upon us with beautiful meat and tasty results.

I'm from the Netherlands, a small town close to Rotterdam.
I own a Weber Smokey Mountain, a Weber kettle and a Barbecook gas grill, and am happy to be a part of this community.

Being relatively new to smoking, I am here to learn from the experts.
